Shaykh Ahmad Musa Jibril was born into a devout Muslim family in Kumasi, Ghana. From a young age, he demonstrated a keen interest in Islamic studies, which was encouraged by his parents. He began his educational journey at the local Islamic school, where he memorized the Quran and studied the basics of Islamic jurisprudence.
As he grew older, Shaykh Jibril’s thirst for knowledge only deepened, and he went on to pursue higher education in Islamic studies. He traveled to Egypt, where he enrolled in the prestigious Al-Azhar University, one of the oldest and most respected institutions of Islamic learning in the world.
